Is the network moderated?

Network administrator mostly monitors different statistics (data transfer volume, etc.). The administrator does not monitor the network’s data content.

The aim of monitoring is purely to resolve any problems impairing the operation of the network. This “monitoring” can be compared to a vehicle counter by the side of a road. It is interested only in the number and direction of vehicles, nothing else.
