My internet connection is not working. Who do I contact?
Internet connection is not included to the rent so you need to subsribe it to have the connection. The ElliNet helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm. Tel. 013-339 0900; calls from a landline will be charged a local call charge and calls from a mobile will be charged an operator-specific charge.
