The bulb of my ceiling light burned. Will Elli fix it?

It is up to the tenant to change burnt fluorescent lamps, candle light bulbs and incandescent bulbs plus the lamps of the stove and the refrigerator. If you are unable to get the lamp cover off, you can file a notice of defects and ask Elli maintenance to come and take it off and put it back for you.
